SGP + GotPhoto Ordering information
Orders may be shipped to home with shipping charges or shipped to school with free shipping for 2 weeks. Those orders will be delivered in a bulk order to school.
Packages You may use multiple images form each access code to build packages. Access codes may be mixed to form a package. Sibling photos are located with the youngest sibling.
Digital downloads will be sent from Got Photo (please allow time for editing, 2-3 days). If you would like these added to your Capture Life account just email and they can be added.
Class Photos will be composites and will have a placeholder photo in the gallery to order from. These will be delivered to school at a later date (not included in ship to home). Once makeup day and all composites are completed, the actual class photo will be added to your online gallery. These composites can then be shipped to home if ordered after that point. Digital Class photos will be sent via CaptureLife.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q's About Picture Day
-What if my child is not going to be at school on Picture Day?
Most centers have multiple picture days, you can either bring your child in that day (reliant that they aren’t out for illness!) or they will be photographed on the makeup day. You can always let me know ahead of time if they need be photographed a day that is not their scheduled day.
-Are photos edited? My child fell and has a bruise on his face.
All photos are retouched after ordering. Anything that is not a permanent feature of their face or clothes is removed to the best of our ability.
-I have multiple children at school, will they be photographed together?
Yes! Seperately and with their sibling(s). Check the schedule to see what day that will be but they will all get their picutres done on the same day. Usually it is the day of the sibling's class that comes first.
-I don’t like my child’s photos, can i get a reshoot?
If your school has a retake/makeup day please email hey@sadieglass.com with your child’s info to be added to the retake list!
-I love my child’s photos and want to do a family shoot, what is the process for this?
Sadie Glass Photography takes a limited number of family and individual sessions per year. Email hey@sadieglass.com to chat about what type of session will work for your family.
Q's About Ordering Photos
- I received paper with an access code - how can I order my photos?
If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album." Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
- Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.
- Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
- When and where will my order be delivered?
If you have opted for school delivery your order will be submitted to the lab on the order due date and bulk delivered to school. Orders usually take two weeks or so to come in and be delivered to your classroom. If you have opted for shipping to your address, your files will be prepared and sent to the lab asap, orders have been taking a week or so to ship.
-When will I recieve my digital download?
Each file is hand edited and you will recieve notification when your files are ready for download. Usually a few days after ordering. You will receive a notification from GotPhoto for a quick download and also one from Capture Life which offers free storage for your digital files. Choose whichever fits your needs.
- Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.
- Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
